Matica Original YMCKK XID PR000817 Color Ribbons
ChromXpert® color ribbons deliver vivid, high-quality color card personalization for Matica desktop printers, providing sharp, vibrant printing for secure ID issuance.
Premium Color Printing Technology
chromXpert color ribbons produce up to 16.7 million vivid colors from Yellow (Y), Magenta (M), and Cyan (C) panels, combined with a thermal transfer Black (K) panel that ensures crisp text and barcode printing. When used with direct-to-card printers such as the MC DTC series, a varnish overlay panel (O) protects printed information and ensures card durability.
Retransfer Printing Process
In retransfer printing, the Y, M, C, and K panels are printed onto a clear retransfer film that is subsequently transferred onto the card surface. This ensures consistent print results across various card types including PC, PET, and smart cards with embedded chips and irregular surfaces.
